Your orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. An order placed on a weekend or holiday is processed on the next business day. However, processing times may vary depending on the items you purchase and your chosen shipping method.
Shipping Time
The shipping time will depend on your chosen shipping method and address. Our standard shipping time is between 8-15 days. The shipping carrier is responsible for delivering your order, and we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Having said that, we value our customers and will work with you to get the best solution.

Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time, but sometimes unexpected delays can occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If there's a delay with your package, we will do our best to communicate with you and keep you informed about the status of your order.
Changes To Orders
Once you've placed an order, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order. Please double-check your address for accuracy before checking out.
Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery address is submitted incorrectly, JoiKids assumes no responsibility and cannot ship a replacement package or refund these orders. Please always double-check your address for accuracy. We want to be sure that you receive your order timely and that expectations are met. If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has yet to be shipped.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JoiKids assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship any replacement packages or refund these orders.
